Particularly good location for summer holidays, the hotel staff were very good and really kind. Location: the venue was really close to tourist sites and Poland...

I had a great time here, everything was just right. It felt so cozy and welcoming, like a big happy family. the location was convenient, not too far away. I popped over to Ca'puccino for a coffee, just a quick 5-minute walk away. ☕.

Willa Czajki had a lovely garden and terrace, perfect for relaxing. The free private parking was a relief, considering the traffic at the John Paul II International Kraków–Balice Airport. And oh, the nearest Silesia City Center Shopping Mall was only 48 km away, what a delight!
The crusty kettles were just charming, I couldn't possibly resist making my tea with a little extra flavor.

Clean and modern Willa Czajki is a perfect base for visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau camp - just 10 minutes away. Enjoy the shared kitchen and beautiful garden. Convenience store nearby for groceries. Friendly host speaks English and provides excellent service - even waiting for late check-in. Free private parking and fully equipped kitchen make it great for families.
Couldn't recommend more.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a modern and colorful decor. The location was great, especially for visiting the concentration camps, and the staff treated us with kindness and were easily accessible.
The breakfast could have been better with more amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo, provided in the bathroom.

Great location for visiting nearby historic sites. The villa was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the ease of having a shared kitchen and fully equipped utensils. Plus, the backyard was spacious and perfect for enjoying a barbecue in the summer.
The room and water heating could have been better, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. the lack of a hair dryer and body wash was a small inconvenience.
